Hunter specializes in general corporate work for dental practices, dental services organizations and doctors themselves. He advises on entity and DSO formation and strategy, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, real estate (leases and purchases), employment, and any other general business matters. Hunter enjoys working with creative entrepreneurs and has a personal understanding of the hurdles and obstacles that dental businesses face. Prior to joining Shared Practices, other than working as a corporate attorney at several law firms, Hunter has founded his own digital education company and also worked for a technology start-up that operated an on-demand mobile application. As a result, Hunter has a unique perspective that allows him to advise owners to develop strategies for their businesses beyond ordinary legal representation.
Hunter earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, where he earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Economics. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Missouri and Illinois.
Hunter is an avid piano player, enjoys hiking and skiing in the great outdoors, and loves making PB&Js for his two young children.
Daniel is a passionate advocate for his clients and enjoys working on complex legal matters. He has a unique ability to analyze different paths and arguments to find solutions that best promote his clients’ interests. With a keen eye for detail, Daniel is able to see the big picture even when there are multiple moving parts.
One of Daniel’s strengths is his ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to his clients in a clear and concise manner. Daniel focuses his practice on assisting dental practices and dentists with their legal needs, which he has been doing since 2019. Daniel’s practice areas include healthcare transactions, employment law, business formation and strategy, and regulatory compliance.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys losing golf balls in the desert and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys. He also believes in giving back to his community and volunteers with the Fighter Country Foundation.
